A small free museum in the Siete Regiones cultural complex near the fort, devoted to masks tied to life and death. Roughly 60 percent of the pieces come from Guerrero towns such as Tixtla and Chilapa, alongside masks from elsewhere in Mexico and abroad.
Permanent exhibitions
- Masks of Guerrero, mostly wood, from Tixtla, Chilapa, Chilpancingo and Cuajinicuilapa
- Costa Chica 'Diablos' masks in cardboard, horsehair and horn
- Masks from other Mexican states and from Africa and Asia
