Sadat X, Grand Agent & Fokis

NewEuro Booking presents: 90’S NOW JAM — where the golden era meets today. 🎤

Join us Nov 6 as NYC legend Sadat X of Brand Nubian invades Frankfurt, bringing that classic, authentic 90’s hip-hop sound to Ponyhof. Co-founder of Brand Nubian and one of the most recognizable voices in New York hip-hop. „One For All“ and „In God We Trust“ are foundational golden era records, and his voice is on „Punks Jump Up To Get Beat Down“ and „Slow Down“ — tracks every head in Germany knows. 35+ years in and still touring hard. This run supports the first-ever vinyl pressing of his album „Never Left,“ limited to 500 copies.

Grand Agent — Philadelphia MC, 25 years deep, with collaborations alongside Pete Rock, Hi-Tek, Lord Finesse and Planet Asia. His connection to Germany is real: his debut album „By Design“ came out in 2001 on Groove Attack, the Cologne label, and he lived in Köln for years, recording and touring out of there. He’s also on the soundtrack to Wholetrain — the classic 2006 graffiti film that just hit its 20th anniversary — with his track „Crazy Visions,“ alongside KRS-One, Freddie Foxxx, O.C. and Afu-Ra. He hasn’t toured Europe in over 15 years, so for a lot of heads this is a long-awaited return, and his fanbase will show up.
