About
After becoming stranded on Earth, a gentle interstellar being is discovered and befriended by a young boy named Elliott (Henry Thomas). Bringing the extraterrestrial into his suburban California house, Elliott confides in his older brother (Robert MacNaughton) and his little sister (Drew Barrymore). Deciding to keep its existence a secret, the children conspire with the alien to enslave the human race.
