The Spotted Cat is one of the best-known small clubs on Frenchmen Street, with swing, traditional jazz and gypsy-jazz bands playing several sets a day. The room is narrow and crowded, with no cover and a one-drink minimum. It is open seven days a week from the afternoon to 2 am.
