Month Offline is a series of facilitated in-person meetups where participants commit to living without a smartphone for 30 days. As part of the process, participants will work together to explore new ways of engaging with technology, carve out dedicated time to pursue creative passions outside of social media, and support each other with building a lifestyle free from Big Tech platforms.

This Month Offline cohort will start with an opening meeting in the MoMI LAB Classroom on Sunday, October 18, 2:00–4:00 p.m. followed by meetups on three consecutive Sundays through November 8. The program is facilitated by Damian Thomas, an Astoria-based writer and technologist who directs the Unplatform project.

Registration is for all four sessions. Dates are October 18, 25, November 1, 8. All sessions run 2:00–4:00 p.m.

Free with RSVP. Register here.
