Platinum-selling singer, songwriter, and actress Inayah is back with the release of her emotionally charged new single “Choose.”

“Choose” centers on a deeply personal dilemma as she finds herself feeling like she has to make an impossible decision between love and music. Over minimal production, the song is crafted by Triangle Park and Mustapha, Inayah\'s raw and pained vocals are front and center as she sings, “But if I’m the one for you, then how you gon’ make me pick between the two? / Don’t ever make me choose, ‘cause what if I don’t choose you?”

Reflecting on the recording process, Inayah reveals, “I was actively going through all seven stages of grief while recording. I went through anger, regret, acceptance, and forgiveness to name a few. I was getting everything off my chest in real time.”
