This family collaboration brings together acclaimed Scottish fiddler Alasdair Fraser, his sons Galen and Cameron Fraser, and Galen’s wife, María San Miguel, who is from Castile, Spain. Rooted in the traditional Scottish repertoire that has shaped Alasdair Fraser’s musical life and inspired by the quartet’s deep connection to the Iberian Peninsula, the group expands those influences into a vibrant contemporary sound.

Drawing on the diverse musical backgrounds of its members, the ensemble blends generations of musical influence, family chemistry and a shared spirit of adventure. The group moves effortlessly between spirited dance tunes, lyrical airs, original compositions and unexpected musical journeys.

Grounded in tradition yet firmly rooted in the present, the music reflects Scottish roots, Iberian spirit and the joy of making music together.
