A small museum on the upper floors of the Palacio de Gobierno about Venustiano Carranza's term as governor of Coahuila, famous for ten staircase murals by Salvador Tarazona and a replica of his office. Free entry, Tuesday to Sunday.

- Three rooms with about 90 pieces on Carranza as governor of Coahuila from 1911 to 1913
- Ten murals by Salvador Tarazona on the Palacio staircase showing the landscape and life of Coahuila
