A Spore on its Journey

A solo exhibition that transforms native fungi and lichen into powerful metaphors for the immigrant experience, carrying stories of origin, heritage, struggle, adaptation, and new beginnings. Through exploration of various media and collaborations with both human and nonhuman partners, the works also reflect on lessons that can be learned from nature and the importance of conservation.
