Virtuoso Spanish violinist Leticia Moreno leads an ensemble with piano, bandoneon, and bass in a program of works that explore the dialogue between Baroque tradition and the vibrant musical languages of the Americas.

Recognised as a truly exciting and versatile violinist, Moreno has collaborated alongside Sol Gabetta, Bertrand Chamayou, and Kirill Gerstein and was the youngest member of the prestigious Alexander von Humboldt Stiftung. She has won international violin competitions such as the Henryk Szeryng International violin competition, Concertino Praga, Pablo Sarasate International Violin Competition, as well as being awarded with the ECHO Rising Star. She and the ensemble are making their Toronto debut.
