Sparks are bound to fly when Tafelmusik's fan favorites Spanish violinist Lina Tur Bonet, and Mexican mezzo-soprano Cecilia Duarte return to our stage for a baroque music dialogue between Spain, Italy, and Latin America.
This multi-continental musical journey includes arias by Antonio Vivaldi, José de Nebra, Sebastián Durón and José Marín, as well as baroque music from Guatemala and Perú that is rich with African, Indigenous and Spanish influences.
