CERAMICS: WHAT WE MAKE OF IT
with Educator Julie Epp
Get inspired by the contemporary art on view at The Art Gallery at Evergreen Arts and explore the endless possibilities of clay with artist Julie Epp. Begin with a guided tour and in-depth exploration of the exhibition, where you’ll reflect on its themes, emotions, and artistic practices. Then, return to the studio to create your own expressive ceramic artwork using hand-building techniques.
Guided by Julie’s creative and reflective approach, participants will experiment with form, texture, and imagination while learning foundational clay techniques. Discover how clay can be both expressive and functional, shaped by your ideas and the stories you want to tell. Come ready to play, learn, and create something uniquely your own!
