Middleton Place

A historic plantation and America's oldest landscaped gardens, with a house museum, working stableyards and craft studios on the Ashley River. Beyond tours it hosts a Conversations of Freedom speaker series, storytimes, indigo and candle workshops and seasonal music evenings.
