Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History

The Wright, in Midtown's cultural district, is among the world's largest museums devoted to African American history and culture. Beyond its core galleries it runs a program of talks, dance and music in the General Motors Theater, plus monthly Third Thursday evenings.
