Public cultural centre opened in 1994 in the former Casa de la Caritat in the Raval, next to MACBA, with a large glass viewpoint over its courtyard. It stages major themed exhibitions about cities and contemporary culture, debates and talks (Biennal de Pensament), experimental film with Xcèntric, festivals such as Serielizados and Miniput, dance and readings.
