Ludwig Mies van der Rohe’s glass-and-steel temple at the Kulturforum is the Nationalgalerie’s home for 20th-century art. The upper glass hall hosts big solo exhibitions, while the lower level shows the collection from classical modernism to post-war art, with a sculpture garden outside.
