Mestské divadlo P. O. Hviezdoslava

The city theatre on Laurinská street in the historic centre, named after the poet Pavol Országh Hviezdoslav. It stages contemporary drama and classics directed by Slovak and international artists, on the main stage, in a studio and in a former civil defence shelter. The main hall seats around three hundred.
