Cologne’s museum of medieval art is housed in the Romanesque church of St. Cäcilien, next door to the Rautenstrauch-Joest-Museum. Sculpture, stained glass, goldsmith’s work and ivories from Cologne and across Europe are shown inside a 12th-century church.
