A city-run ward arts centre in Higashi-kaniya, north-east of Hiroshima station, with a hall, small studios and an open courtyard. Its calendar is mostly chamber music, guitar and vocal recitals by local musicians, plus in-house series such as a jazz primer, traditional-music salon concerts and free courtyard shows.
