A city-run arts centre in Kako-machi on the Motoyasu River, just south of Peace Memorial Park. Its 1,200-seat main hall, a medium hall with a noh stage, a black-box studio and a public gallery host everything from pop tours to plays, bunraku, noh, ballet and comedy, alongside the centre's own opera and theatre productions.
