The prefectural art museum in Kaminobori-cho, next to the historic Shukkeien garden and within walking distance of Hiroshima station. It rotates its collection, built around artists linked to Hiroshima and art of the 1920s and 1930s, four times a year and hosts major touring exhibitions; open late on Fridays.
