Kobe's municipal concert hall, opened in 1973 next to Okurayama Park, with a large and a medium hall. It is home to the Kobe City Chamber Orchestra and Kobe City Chorus subscription concerts and also hosts ballet, Noh and jazz; a new hall in Sannomiya is planned for 2028.
