A city-run arts centre in the Shinkaichi shopping district, formerly the Kobe Art Village Center (KAVC, opened 1996) and renamed in 2023. Its hall, gallery and studios host fringe theatre and dance, kayō and pop shows, community exhibitions and art talks.
