A large art and museum complex in the 18th-19th century Arsenal building next to the Lavra. It hosts major exhibitions of contemporary and historical Ukrainian art, the Book Arsenal festival and education programmes. Part of the building was damaged in 2026 and exhibitions continue in the right wing.
