A coffee house and live venue opened in 1973 inside an old sake storehouse, one of the landmarks of Kyoto's folk and blues scene. Under its heavy wooden beams, singer-songwriters, blues and rock bands play almost nightly, with regular open acoustic nights and occasional rakugo.
