A Euro-regional centre for urban cultures run by the City of Lille, Le Flow fills 2,500 m² in the Moulins district. Dance and music studios, a performance room and an exhibition space serve hip-hop in all its forms: rap concerts, dance battles, graffiti and screenings. It also runs the Hip Open Dance festival.
