Natural history museum of Spain's research council (CSIC), heir to the Royal Cabinet founded in 1771, housed in the Palace of Arts and Industry by the Paseo de la Castellana. It combines galleries on biodiversity, minerals, fossils and human evolution with a research centre and temporary exhibitions.
