ザ・シンフォニーホール

Opened in 1982 as Japan's first hall built purely for classical music, near Fukushima station. Its 1,704 seats wrap around the stage in vineyard style beneath a Swiss pipe organ. Subscription concerts by the Kansai orchestras, touring foreign orchestras, piano recitals and the year-end Ninth keep it busy almost daily.
