Toyo Ito's landmark cultural centre on the zelkova-lined Jozenji-dori, known for the tubular columns that run through its glass floors. It houses the city library, galleries, an audiovisual library and a studio theatre, and hosts community exhibitions and screenings alongside its own exhibitions, film festivals and philosophy-café discussions.
