Berwaldhallen is Swedish Radio's concert hall in Östermalm, opened in 1979 and largely set into the bedrock. It is home to the Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra and the Swedish Radio Choir, with symphonic concerts, choral music, family concerts and Christmas shows. Many concerts are broadcast on the radio.
