The Estonian Drama Theatre is the country’s largest playhouse, housed in an Art Nouveau building on Pärnu Road near Freedom Square. Its repertoire mixes Estonian classics, new Estonian writing and international drama across a large hall, a small hall and the Painted Hall. Some performances carry English surtitles.
