Albania's national house for opera, ballet and the National Folk Song and Dance Ensemble, inside the Palace of Culture on Skanderbeg Square. The main stage hosts opera, ballet and symphonic concerts, while the concert foyer is used for chamber music and recitals. Every October it hosts the Tirana International Dance Festival.
