Kawasaki's municipal sports and culture centre, opened in 2017 at the edge of Fujimi Park. Its large hall hosts enka and pop concerts, comedy shows, orchestras and touring ballet companies, while the small Act Studio holds daytime chamber concerts. The hall closes for renovation from 1 February to 18 March 2027.
