A gallery devoted to ukiyo-e on the third floor of a tower in front of Kawasaki Station's east exit, opened in December 2019. Drawing on the Saito Fumio Collection of some 6,000 prints, including many linked to Kawasaki, it stages a series of rotating exhibitions. Admission is 500 yen, free for high school students and younger.
