Ōmiya's civic hall, which moved in 2022 to the upper floors of the Ōmiya Kadomachi complex, three minutes from the station's east exit. Its nickname combines railways, bonsai and manga, the area's three emblems. The 1,400-seat main hall hosts orchestras, rakugo storytelling and pop concerts; there is also a 340-seat small hall.
