Saitama Prefecture's civic hall, six minutes on foot from Urawa station's west exit. Founded in 1926 and rebuilt in 1966, it turns 100 in 2026; its 1,315-seat main hall and 504-seat small hall host classical concerts, rakugo and film screenings, while the exhibition rooms show calligraphy, photography and other local work.
