The Sumida Hokusai Museum

A museum opened in 2016 near Ryogoku in Sumida, the ward where Katsushika Hokusai was born and lived. Its aluminium-clad building by Kazuyo Sejima holds a permanent display and changing exhibitions of Hokusai and his pupils.
