A city-run noh theatre opened in 1996 in Kamonyama Park, built around a historic noh stage from 1875 with 486 seats. Besides its own noh and kyogen productions it runs the monthly "Yokohama Kyogen-do" and stages Ryukyu dance and traditional music. It reopened in 2026 after renovation.
