Keskustakirjasto Oodi avattiin Töölönlahdelle vuonna 2018, ja siitä tuli nopeasti kaupungin olohuone. Kirjojen lisäksi talossa on kirjailijavierailuja, keskusteluja, konsertteja, elokuvia ja näyttelyitä, ja samassa rakennuksessa toimii Kansallisen audiovisuaalisen instituutin Kino Regina.
