原爆ドームにほど近い十日市町、路面電車通りに建つ古い煉瓦塀のビル「天国ビル」にある音楽喫茶。2階の喫茶兼レストランに加え、3階の小劇場「ふらんす座」と「鳩小屋」、4階の「廃墟ギャラリー」を持ち、弾き語りやジャズ、バーレスク、芝居、写真展などが深夜まで続く。
