The Petersen Automotive Museum stands on Wilshire Boulevard in the Miracle Mile, in a building wrapped in a stainless-steel ribbon facade. Its three floors cover car culture, design and Hollywood vehicles, with rotating exhibitions and an underground Vault of rare cars. It is one of the best-known car museums in the United States.
