Teatro de la Ciudad Esperanza Iris

A historic city-run theater in the old center, opened in 1918 and named after the actress Esperanza Iris. Its stage mixes world music, jazz, singer-songwriters, dance and theater, with a good number of mid-priced concerts. The house is an ornate horseshoe hall.
