One of the state's oldest cultural institutions, spread over five floors plus an annex in central Monterrey. It runs arts workshops for children and adults and literary prizes, and houses the railway museum, a library, the Sala Gabriel Figueroa and the Teatro de la Estación. Lunchtime and evening concerts, readings and exhibitions are held here.
