A museum devoted to stamps, letters and mail art, opened in 1998 a few blocks from Santo Domingo. Beyond its philatelic vault and postal history rooms it runs free workshops, vinyl listening sessions and Day of the Dead events around its 'Buzón de la Calaca' mailbox.
