Spreckels Organ Pavilion

The Spreckels Organ Pavilion is an open-air, colonnaded concert shell in the middle of Balboa Park, built for the 1915 Panama-California Exposition. It houses the Spreckels Organ, with over 5,000 pipes the largest outdoor musical instrument in the world. Free one-hour concerts are played every Sunday afternoon, plus special holiday evenings and a summer festival.
