The Burke is Washington State's natural history and culture museum, on the University of Washington campus. Its building, opened in 2019, has windows into working labs, so visitors can watch fossil and archaeology preparation. Galleries cover biology, paleontology, archaeology and Northwest Native art, plus temporary exhibitions.
