The Occidental Fine Arts Center is a Conru Art Foundation space on the ground floor of a Pioneer Square building, with about six thousand square feet of gallery room. It is open Wednesday to Saturday with free admission and hosts art exhibitions alongside small afternoon concerts, talks and art-walk evenings. Jazz and chamber music sessions are a regular fixture.
