The province's flagship performing arts complex on Allandale Road houses the large Main Theatre and the smaller Barbara Barrett Theatre. It hosts the Newfoundland Symphony Orchestra, touring concerts, community theatre, dance and comedy, and is run as the St. John's branch of the provincial Arts and Culture Centres network.
