The historic Longshoremen's Protective Union Hall on Victoria Street, run by the Resource Centre for the Arts, is the city's home for new local theatre, improv, music launches and festival screenings. It has a main stage of roughly 170 to 190 seats and a smaller Second Space on the ground floor with a bar.
