Baycourt is Tauranga's main performing arts centre, a council-run complex on Durham Street in the city centre. Its Addison Theatre hosts touring concerts, comedy, musicals and dance, with the smaller X Space for studio shows, and it is the base of the Tauranga Arts Festival each spring. It also houses the Mighty Wurlitzer theatre organ.
